Luxa Kanvia is a Kanban-style project management plugin for WordPress, part of the LuxaPress family of plugins. It brings your boards, tasks, deadlines, and team discussions right into wp-admin — no need to leave WordPress, and no per-seat pricing like other SaaS tools (Trello, Asana, and similar).

The Free version ships the full core feature set with no limits on boards, tasks, or team members. The upcoming Pro version will add an AI Assistant that can turn a project description into a full board, a Client Portal for sharing progress with clients who don’t need a WordPress login, advanced views (Gantt, Calendar), time tracking, and external storage integrations (S3, Cloudflare R2, DigitalOcean Spaces, Backblaze).

A dedicated, polished landing page for Pro will be prepared once that version ships. This document is the internal-facing introduction for the Free version.

Features

• Boards & Kanban: unlimited boards, drag-and-drop tasks between stages, pin important boards to the top.
• Stage management: add or delete stages freely (with a safety check — a stage that still has tasks in it can’t be deleted, so tasks are never silently orphaned).
• Task detail: title, description, priority, due date, and multiple assignees per task.
• Checklist: sub-item checklists inside each task.
• Comments & @mentions: discuss right inside the task, type @ to get real username suggestions (so a typo never breaks the notification to the right person).
• File attachments: upload files directly to a task, stored on your own server.
• All Tasks view: see every task from every board in one list.
• Archive & Restore: archive boards you no longer need, view and restore them anytime.
• Due-date email reminders: automatically emails assignees when a task is due soon (reminder window is configurable in Settings).
• CSV export: export a board’s tasks to a CSV file.
• Multilingual: ships with English and Vietnamese, ready for the community to add more languages.
